I developed an application for a SME based in the UK to supplement their existing web platform, in order for their clients to have a reliable and engaging mobile presence. This project was delivered wholely by Peslo, my consultancy.

I joined E.ON Next to own part of a new app rebuild that turned E.ON Next from 'just a utilities company' into a provider of energy services, whilst simultaneously supporting & improving the stability of the existing customer application that millions of users rely on daily and providing strong foundations for future developers to build upon.

I took over a brownfield mobile product that was in a half-finished & broken state, resolving long-standing issues and facilitating technical discussions around platform architecture - leading to the team choosing a more scalable system so they could launch the product sooner.

I joined the Wildhero project to take the concept from ideation to MVP within 4 weeks, working further over the next 6 months to add new features, bring technical improvements, and help scale the team by interviewing candidates for both full time and contract positions.

I joined the Aviva project just as the consultancy were beginning to offboard their teams. My role quickly pivoted from leading one of the development teams to instead rebuilding the developer onboarding experience, reducing the amount of time needed to onboard a developer from multiple weeks to less than 4 hours - allowing the new development teams to get onboarded on their first day with minimal guidance needed.

ev.energy
I joined ev.energy initially to produce an IOT EV charger integration, to allow the mobile app to run first-time-use setup directly on the charger via Wi-Fi, before being extended to stay long term and lead various commercial initiatives within the US based utilities team, including delivery of a multi-million dollar utility partnership within 3 weeks.

I joined PerchPeek initially to improve mobile app feature quality, before taking ownership of the mobile automation testing project to reduce the reliance on manual feature testing & speed up app releases whilst keeping quality high - leading to a drastic increase in NPS.

I was responsible for leading the development of Zilch's first Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay integrations, allowing users to add their Zilch digital Mastercard to their devices to use in physical shops just as the UK's Covid restrictions loosened - leading to a 9-figure increase in GMV within 6 months.
